I was tricked into buying a set from a Mall kiosk for $20 after I was convinced with the quality. The buffer eventually peeled off from wear and tear, so just buy this cheap Flash Shiner brand buffer because it gets you the same identical result. Other than that the mall set comes with a cuticle oil which the human body doesn't really need to survive but if you want one, you get it here cheap. It also came with a Lotion from the Dead Sea of Israel which you can probably buy online too for a lower price.
The lesson is Do Not fall into the trickery of buying these products at the Mall just because you were convinced. They make lots and lots of profit because they have to buy rent. It is always cheap to buy online.

This buffer is lightweight and works like a professional manicure. You use three sides of the buffer in the order from rougher to smoother and it shines your nails like you have a clear coat on them that is long lasting. It is small enough to carry in your purse for quick touch ups. Excellent product for an excellent price

This was recommended to me by a salon owner. I hate to paint my fingernails - or have anyone else do it - and this makes them a little nicer without the paint. File as usual; then use the dark side, then the blue, then the white, and you get a great shine without all the gook and smell.
