The bag seems to be made of a very durable quality.It came with only the outside bag. In the images of this item, it shows the smaller inner bags to hold the sand, but that did not come with it. Its a durable bag but I wish the handles on the sides of the bag was actual handles. its hard to grip the little holds they supply, which isnt a good thing when you're in an intense workout session. The other problem I have is with the handles on the top of the bag. With other bags I have seen it has easy grip handles with the black covering, This does not have that which makes it pretty tough on the hands.
