This is not a toy and should not be listed as one. I purchased it for a avid Daredevil collector as a display item and he loves it. It does come in small pieces and you have to do some very MINOR assembly. Overall its a great item and very detailed. A good item for any Daredevil, Punisher or just Marvel collector.
